(عدالت) پیروی کرنے والے کا موکل کی طرف سے حاضر عدالت ہو کر جواب دہی کرنے کا وعدہ جس کے بعد خود موکل کی حاضری عدالت میں جواب دہی کے لیے غیر ضروری ہوتی ہے (انگ : An Undertaking to appear) ۔
