(حیاتیات) بیماریوں کی تشخیص کے لیے استعمال کیا جانے والا ایک طریقہ جس میں امتحانی نلکیوں کے ایک سلسلے میں خوناب کے مختلف ہلکاؤ بڑھتی ہوئی ترتیب میں ڈالے جاتے ہیں اور پھر ان نلکیوں میں ایک مقررہ مقدار زندہ یا مردہ جراثیم کی ڈالی جاتی ہے موزوں وقفہ تک ان نلکیوں کو معینہ تپش پر رکھنے کے بعد دیکھا جاتا ہے اگر خوناب میں نوعی ضد اجسام موجود ہوں تو فوراً جراثیم ایک دوسرے سے چسپاں ہو کر گروہ بناتے ہیں اس امتحان کے ذریعے فوری طور پر جراثیم کی کشت یا نامعلوم خوناب کی ابتدائی پہچان کی جا سکتی ہے
