(धर्मशास्त्र) औरत के तीन विभिन्न मासिक धर्मों के उपरांत अलग-अलग बार तीन तलाक़ें देना, इसे तलाक़-ए-सुन्नत भी कहते हैं
उदाहरण • तलाक़-ए-हसन यह है कि ग़ैर मौतूह (जिसके से शारीरिक संबंध न बनाया गया हो) को एक तलाक़ देवे बराबर है कि हैज़ (मासिक धर्म) में दे या तुहर (दो मासिक धर्म के बीच अवधी) में

مثال • غیر موطؤ عورت یعنی جس سے شوہر نے قربت نہ کی ہو اس کو ایک طلاق دینا طلاق حسن ہے۔ • طلاق حسن یہ ہے کہ غیر موطوۂ کو ایک طلاق دیوے برابر ہے کہ حیض میں دے یا طہرمیں۔
