مثال • غیر موطؤ عورت یعنی جس سے شوہر نے قربت نہ کی ہو اس کو ایک طلاق دینا طلاق حسن ہے۔ • طلاق حسن یہ ہے کہ غیر موطوۂ کو ایک طلاق دیوے برابر ہے کہ حیض میں دے یا طہرمیں۔
