- (لفظاً) تفن٘گ کی گولی سے پیدا شدہ سوراخ ؛ (نباتیات) پتوں کی ایک بیماری سے پیدا شدہ دھبّہ یا سوراخ جو بندوق کی گولی کے مشابہ ہوتا ہے بعض اوقات پتوں پر جو دھبے پڑ جاتے ہیں اس جگہ کی مردہ بافت جھڑ جاتی ہے اور اس طرح وہاں پر ایک گول سا سوراخ بن جاتا ہے بالکل ایسے جس طرح بندوق کی گولی سے کیا گیا ہو ان سوراخوں کو تفن٘گی سوراخ (Shotholes) کہتے ہیں اس قسم کے سوراخ گلاب اور چیری جیسے پودوں میں عام طور پر دکھائی دیتے ہیں
