- तिलों और शक्कर के योग से बना हुआ एक तरह का पकवान, लोग 'गज़क' कहते हैं
- एक प्रथा, बरात के दिन जब दुल्हन के पास दुल्हा जाता है, दुलहन की हथेली पर तिल और चिनी रख दी जाती है जिसको सात बार दूल्हा जीभ से चाटता है, इस प्रथा को 'तिल-शकरी' कहते हैं
