- (فقہ) وہ طلاق جس کے بعد مطلقہ سے دوبارہ نکاح صرف اس صورت میں ہو سکتا ہے کہ پہلے وہ عورت کسی اور مرد سے نکاح کرے اور وہ مرد اس سے خلوت صحیحہ کے بعد اپنی مرضی سے اس کو طلاق دے دے یا اس مرد کا انتقال ہو جائے ، اس عمل کو عموماً حلالہ کہتے ہیں ، یہ طلاق تین طلاقیں دینے سے واقع ہوتی ہے.
