संज्ञा, पुल्लिंग
- उक्त के आधार पर लकड़ी का कोई मोटा तथा लंबोतरा लट्ठा, विशेषतः तालाब आदि के बीच में गड़ा हुआ।
- लकड़ी का वह मोटा तथा लंबोत्तरा लट्ठा जो कोल्हू की कूडी में लगा रहता है और जिसकी दाब से ऊख की गड़ेरियों में से रस अथवा तिलहन में से तेल निकलता है।
- तालाब के बीच में गाड़ा गया लकड़ी का खंभा
- ईख, तिलहन आदि की पिराई करने वाले कोल्हू के बीच घूमने वाला लकड़ी का छोटा खंभा।
