(اسکندر یونانی نے اسے جلا کر تباہ و برباد کیا . اوائل اسلام تک کچھ نشانات باقی تھے مگر اب بلکل مٹ گئے اور زراعت گاہ کی شکل اختیار کرلی . فی الوقت ' مروشت ' کے نام سے مشہور ہے ، اس سے کچھ فاصلے پر کیانی سلاطین کے ویران شدہ محلات ہیں جن میں تصایر اور خط میخی کے کچھ کتبے پائے جاتے ہیں
