- वह हज जिसमें हज के दिन शुक्रवार पड़े।
حَجِ اَکَبْر کے اردو معانی
اسم، مذکر
- (تصّوف) جذب قلوب .
- بڑا حج ، وہ حج جو جمعہ کے دن واقع ہو یعنی یوم العرفہ (نویں ذوالحجہ) کو جمعہ ہو.
- مطلق حج (کَیون٘کہ عمرہ کو حج اصغر بھی کہتے ہیں).
- ۔بہت بڑا حج۔ بڑے ثواب کا حج۔ لوگوں میں یوں مشہور ہے کہ جمعہ کے دن حج ہو تو وہ حج اکبر ہے لیکن شرع میں اس کی کچھ اصل نہیں۔ شرع میں مطلق حج کو حج اکبر بولتے ہیں۔ کیونکہ ایک طرح کا حج عمرہ بھی ہے اور اس کے مقابلے میں حج متعارف حجّ اکبر ہے۔ یج اور عمرہ کے فرق کے لئے دیکھو ’’عمرہ‘‘ ہے۔
