مدینۂ منورہ کے قریب ’خیبر‘ کے مقام پر واقع ایک زرخیز علاقے کا نام جو یہودیوں نے صلح کے موقع پر بغیر کسی جنگ کے آنْحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسّلم کی نذر کیا تھا اس لیے یہ حضورؐ کی ذاتی ملکیت قرار پایا وصال شریف کے بعد بی بی فاطمہ زہراؑ نے دعویٰ کیا کہ یہ باغ انہیں اپنے پدر بزرگوار کے ترکے میں ملنا چاہیے، یہ دعویٰ رد ہو گیا اور اس باغ کی آمدنی بیت المال کو ملنے لگی، بنی امیہ کے دور میں جب حضرت عمر بن عبد العزیز خلیفہ ہوئے تو انہوں نے یہ باغ بنی فاطمہ کو واپس کر دیا
