- (کُشتی) ایک پیچ کا نام جس میں حریف کے پیچھے آن کر حریف کا بایاں پون٘چا اپنے داہنے ہاتھ سے حریف کی داہنی طرف پکڑتے ہیں اور حریف کا بایاں پیر اپنے بائیں ہاتھ سے گٹّہ کے پاس سے اُٹھا کر اپنی داہنی ٹانگ حریف کی دونوں ٹانگوں کے درمیان میں سے حریف کی داہنی ٹانگ میں اس طرح مارتے ہیں کہ حریف چت گِر پڑتا ہے.
