- (بنوٹ) کشتی کا ایک دان٘و جس کی صورت یہ ہے کہ جب حریف سامنے کھڑا ہو تو پہلوان کو چاہیے کہ حریف کی بائیں کلائی اپنے داہنے ہاتھ سے پکڑ لے اور ’’ دیو پچھاڑ ‘‘ کی طرح بیٹھ کر اپنا بایاں ہاتھ حریف کی داہنی ران میں پشت کی طرف سے اندر کو ڈال کر حریف کا بایاں ہاتھ (جس کو داہنے ہاتھ سے پکڑا ہے) پکڑ لے اور داہنے ہاتھ سے چھوڑ کر حریف کی گردن اُوپر سے دبا کر بائیں ہاتھ سے حریف کے بائیں ہاتھ کو کھینچھے اور چت کر دے.
