- زخم سے خون بہنے کی ایک حالت جس میں پہلے قلیل مقدار میں خون نکلتا ہے جو ایک خطرے کی علامت ہوتی ہے اس کے بعد بڑی مقدار میں خون بہنا شروع ہوتا ہے ، سیلان الدم کی اس قسم کی حالت زخم آنے کے بعد ایک ہفتے کے اندر پیدا ہوتی ہے ۔ نزف ِثانی صرف زہریلے زخموں سے ہوتا ہے ۔
