- (قصّاب) کم عمر جانور کا گوشت ، نرم گوشت ، بھیڑ بکری کے چھ ماہ تک کی عمر کے بچے کا گوشت جو کھانے میں مزیدار ہوتا ہے اور پکنے میں جلد گل جاتا ہے .
