(کُشتی) ایک دانْو جس کی صورت یہ ہوتی ہے کہ جب حریف نیچے ہوتا ہے تو اس کے داہنی جانب بیٹھ کر سانڈی نکالتے ہیں اور اپنے بائیں پیر میں آگے سے ڈال کر ران اور گُھٹنے سے دبا لیتے ہیں پھر بائیں ہاتھ سے حریف کی بائیں طرف کا ہفتہ چڑھا کر زور کرتے ہیں حریف چت ہو جاتا ہے.
