विशेष • समधियाना लड़की या लड़के के ससुर के घर को कहते हैं परंतु समधियाना वह दस्तूर भी कहलाता है जो समधियों या समधिनों के पहली बार मिलने पर होता है। यह बड़े गाजे-बाजे के साथ किया जाता है और इस अवसर पर सभी सगे-संबंधी और सज़ातीय स्त्रियाँ बुलाई जाती हैं। उसी से कहावत है।
