बिना किसी के पक्षपात और रियाअत किये ।

बिना पूर्वापर सम्बन्ध के, (सियाक़ (अ) = चलाना, रविश) सिबाक़-अ. वि. = आगे दौड़नेवाला, फार्सी और उद में ‘सियाक़’ और ‘सिबाक़' समानार्थक शब्द हैं।
