- (کُشتی) ایک دان٘و جس میں حریف کے پیچھے آ کر اپنے داہنے ہاتھ سے حریف کی داہنی ران کا جانگھیا پکڑ لیتے ہیں اور اپنا داہنا پیر حریف کے پیروں کے درمیان لگائے رہتے ہیں اور بایاں ہاتھ جو حریف نے زمین پر ٹیک رکھا ہے اپنے بائیں پیر سے حریف کا بازو اپنی طرف کو کھین٘چتے ہوئے اور داہنے ہاتھ سے جانگھیا زور سے کھین٘چ کر اپنی بائیں طرف کو مع حریف کے گرتے ہیں اور داہنی ٹان٘گ دونوں ٹانگوں میں سے حریف کے سینہ پر رکھ دیتے ہیں جس سے حریف چت گر پڑتا ہے.
