- (فقہ) بقول ترمذی اختلاف کیا ہے اہلِ علم نے طلاق بتّہ میں کہ حضرت علی سے مروی ہے کہ وہ تین طلاق ہیں اور حضرت عمرؓ سے کہ وہ ایک طلاق ہے جبکہ حضرت رکانہ کی حدیث سے یہ بات باتفاق ثابت ہے کہ حضرت رکانہ کی طلاق کو حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک اُس وقت قرار دیا جب کہ انہوں نے حلف کے ساتھ بیان دیا کہ میری نیت تین طلاق کی نہیں تھی.
