(فقہ) ایسی طلاق، جس کی مدت عدت میں خاوند اپنی عورت کو بلا تجدید نکاح کے بیوی بنا سکتا ہے، یہ ایک یا دو بار طلاق کا لفظ کہنے سے ہوجاتی ہے

(فقہ) اس طلاق کی تین صورتیں ہیں : (۱) حالت حیض میں طلاق دی ہو (۲) ایسے طہر میں طلاق دی ہو جس میں مباشرت ہو چکی تھی (۳) تین طلاقیں بیک وقت دے دی ہوں.

(فقہ) وہ طلاق جس میں مرد اپنی عورت کو ایک طلاق حالتِ طہر میں دے دے جس میں اُس سے جماع نہ کیا ہو اور یہ ایک طلاق دے کر چھوڑ دے تو عدت ختم ہونے کے ساتھ نکاح ٹوٹ جاتا ہے.

(فقہ) یہ طلاق ایسے لفظ سے ہوتی ہے کہ موضوع طلاق کے لیے نہ ہو مگر طلاق کا احتمال رکھتا ہو ، وہ طلاق جو صاف لفظوں میں نہ ہو.

(فقہ) وہ طلاق جس کے بعد مطلقہ سے دوبارہ نکاح صرف اس صورت میں ہو سکتا ہے کہ پہلے وہ عورت کسی اور مرد سے نکاح کرے اور وہ مرد اس سے خلوت صحیحہ کے بعد اپنی مرضی سے اس کو طلاق دے دے یا اس مرد کا انتقال ہو جائے ، اس عمل کو عموماً حلالہ کہتے ہیں ، یہ طلاق تین طلاقیں دینے سے واقع ہوتی ہے.

(فقہ) بقول ترمذی اختلاف کیا ہے اہلِ علم نے طلاق بتّہ میں کہ حضرت علی سے مروی ہے کہ وہ تین طلاق ہیں اور حضرت عمرؓ سے کہ وہ ایک طلاق ہے جبکہ حضرت رکانہ کی حدیث سے یہ بات باتفاق ثابت ہے کہ حضرت رکانہ کی طلاق کو حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک اُس وقت قرار دیا جب کہ انہوں نے حلف کے ساتھ بیان دیا کہ میری نیت تین طلاق کی نہیں تھی.
