- (کُشتی) ایک دان٘و جس میں ایک پہلوان اپنے داہنے ہاتھ کو مدِّمقابل کی بائیں طرف سے کمر پر لے جا کر حریف کا داہنی طرف کا جانگیا پکڑ کر اسے سامنے کی طرف کھین٘چتا ہے تاکہ اس کا بایاں پیر آگے کو آ جائے تو فوراً اپنا بایاں ہاتھ حریف کے بائیں پیر کے باہر کی طرف سے یعنی گھٹنے کے پیچھے لا کر کلائی سے اُٹھاتا ہوا اپنا کھوا او سر جو مدِّمقابل کی چھاتی کے نیچے ہے زور دے کر اپنی داہنی جانب گھومتا ہے اور مدِّمقابل چاروں خانے چت گر جاتا ہے
