- (طب) مریض کا بُخار اور ہذیان کم کرنے کا ایک علِاج جس میں دو کمبل بچھا دیے جات ہیں اور تکیہ کو ڈھان٘پ دِیا جاتا ہے - ایک چادر کو تر کر ک اُن کے اُوپر بچھا دیا جاتا ہے - مریض کے کپڑے اُتار کر چادر پر چت لِٹا دیا جاتا ہے - اس کو چادر اور کمبلوں میں مضبوطی سے لپیٹ دیا جاتا ہے . منْھ کُھلا رکھا جاتا ہے تھوڑی دیر سرد محسوس ہو کر مریض کو ایک خوشگوار گرمی محسوس ہونے لگتی ہے جس کے بعد افراط سے پسینہ آتا ہے اس سے تپش ، ہذیان اور چڑچڑاین کم ہو جاتا ہے.
