- (بنوٹ) کشتی کا ایک دان٘و جس کی صورت یہ ہوتی ہے کہ جب حریف سامنے کھڑے ہو کر پہلوان کی دونوں کلائیاں پکڑ لے تو پہلوان کو چاہیے کہ اپنے بائیں ہاتھ سے حریف کا بایاں ہاتھ جس سے کہ اس نے کلائی پکڑ رکھی ہے اس طرح پکڑے کہ حریف کا انگوٹھا اپنے انگوٹھے سے دبائے اور پھر حریف کی انگلیاں اپنی انگلیوں سے مضبوط پکڑ کر اپنے دائیں ہاتھ کو حریف کی بائیں کلائی کے باہر سے اُوپر لا کر نیچے کو دباتا ہوا مُڑے ، حریف کی پشت یکدم پہلوان کی طرف ہو جائے گی.
