- ۳۔ (فقہ) مکلف ہونے کی عمر تک نہ پہنچا ہوا لڑکا یا لڑکی ، اسلام نے لڑکے کے لیے ۱۴ سال اور لڑکی کے لیے ۹ سال کی حد مقرر کی ہے ۔
