جس کا نقصان ہو اس کے سر الزام ہو ، پولیس والے جب چوری کا سراغ نہ ملے تو یہ ثابت کرنے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں کہ مدّعی نے مال اِدھر اُدھر کر دیا.
