- इस बुख़ार की नौबत प्रतिदिन आती है, इसमें एक बारी के आरंभ होने से दूसरी बारी के आरंभ होने तक 24 घंटे का समय लगता है, चूँकि इसकी बारियाँ रोमाना आती हैं इसलिए इसको रोमाना बुख़ार कहते हैं, ये बुख़ार बलग़म के थूक के द्वारा बाहर निकालने पर दुर्गंधयुक्त होने से लगता है
