غرضیکہ پہلے زمانے میں’’غرض کہ‘‘ کے بجائے’’غرضیکہ‘‘ کہنے کا تھوڑا بہت رواج تھا، خاص کر جب کوئی بات ایسی کہنی ہو جو عام سے ذرا ہٹی ہوئی ہو، یا بات پر کچھ زیادہ زور دینا مقصود ہو۔ مثلاً: انھوں نے طب، فلسفہ، نجوم، ریاضی، غرضیکہ سارے ہی معقولات میں کمال حاصل کیا۔ لیکن اب تو’’غرض کہ‘‘ بھی بہت کم لکھا یا بولا جاتا ہے اور’’غرضیکہ‘‘ بہت شاذ ہوگیا ہے۔ اس سے پرہیز بہتر ہے۔
