فتنہ ، فساد.

فتویٰ دینا، زبردستی شرعی حکم بیان کرنا

رک : فتویٰ دینا .

فتویٰ دینا ، خواہ مخواہ شرعی جُرم عائد کرنا .

فتویٰ لگانا (رک) کا لازم .

رک : فتویٰ دینا.

فتنہ اٹھانا .

فتویٰ لینا ، اسے یہ خبر پہنچی کہ اس کی بیگم طلاق کا فتویٰ حاصل کر کے جلال الدین سے جا ملی ہے تو اس نے وہیں وفات پائی .

شریعت کے مطابق حکم جاری ہونا .

کسی کے متعلق مولویوں سے کافر ہونے کا حکم حاصل کرنا

مفتی مر گیا فتویٰ مر گیا، یعنی مرنے والے کے ساتھ اس کی بات ختم ہو جاتی ہے، جس کا دور ہوتا ہے اس کی بات چلتی ہے

کفر کا فتویٰ دینا، کافر قرار دینا.
