- (بخاری) جدید وضع کا کواڑ ، اصطلاح عام میں انگریزی قسم کے کِواڑ یا جوڑی کے نام سے موسوم کیا جاتا ہے یہ ہندوستانی کواڑ کی طرح سالم تختوں کا نہیں بنایا جاتا ، بلکی کواڑ کے نمونے کا چوکٹا بنا کر اسکے بیچ میں تختہ یا شیشہ پھنسا دیتے ہیں جو اصطلاحاً دِلا کہلاتا ہے چوکٹا عموماً دو یا تین خانوں کا ہوتا ہے جو عرض میں پٹیاں جڑ کر بنا دیے جاتے ہیں .
