جس کی جڑ زمین کے اندر ہو ، زمین میں دبا ہوا (قانون) زمین کے اندر یا باہر کی تمام اشیاء مثلاً : درخت ، پودے اور زمین میں دبی ہوئی چیزیں جن کے استعمال سے ذاتی فائدہ حاصل ہو ۔

۔ (ف۔ زمین پر اوندھا گرا۔) ۱۔ یہ فقرہ اس وقت کہتے ہیں جب کوئی شخص اوندھے منھ زمین پر گرے۔ ۲۔ گنجفے کا پتّا جب زمیں پر گرجائے اور جس نے پھینکا ہے وہ واپس لینا چاہے تو بھی کہتے ہیں مطلب یہ ہوتا ہے کہ پتّا گرچکا اَب واپس نہیں ہوگا۔
