اللہ ادھربعض عربی داں حلقوں میں، اوربعض پاکستانی رسالوں اور کتابوں میں’’اللہ‘‘ کے بجائے’’اللٰہ‘‘ لکھا جانے لگا ہے۔ یہ عربی میں صحیح ہو گا، لیکن اردو میں بالکل غلط ہے۔ اسم ذات پاک کے املا سے چھیڑ کرنا دانش مندی نہیں۔ دوسری بات یہ کہ ’’اللہ‘‘ دیکھنے میں بھلا لگتا ہے اور اس کی علامتی معنویت بھی ہے۔ اردو میں ’’اللٰہ‘‘ لکھنا کچھ بہت بھلا نہیں لگتا اور نہ اس میں وہ علامتی معنویت ہے جو ’’اللہ‘‘ میں ہے۔ اس خوبصورت اور با معنی املا پر کسی املا کو ترجیح نہیں۔
